  • Dr. A may prescribe splints, including night splints: Pain can be caused by over-contraction of the feet or leg muscles. Splints are used to reduce and/or prevent contraction of the foot and leg muscles. 
  • Wraps: Wraps are a great way to support the feet or ankles and are used reduce any discomfort. These supportive bandages can be used with hot and cold packs as well.
